The Progressive Development Forum held a fringe event at this year’s Labour Party Conference. The event was called Reclaiming Internationalism: Moving UK Development Policy Beyond Empire 2.0.
Speakers included Kate Osamor MP – Shadow Secretary of State for International Development, Gary Young – The Guardian, Asad Rehman – War on Want, Aisha Dodwell – Global Justice Now, Natalie Sharples – Health Poverty Action and Lidy Nacpil – Asian People’s Forum on Debt and Development.
