STOPAIDS is looking for a short-term consultant to research and identify potential alternatives to the current mechanism for measuring HIV spending levels within integrated HIV-SRHR spending. The output of this work is expected to inform DFID and potentially others to better track HIV specific funding and could be adapted or applied to other disease areas and to wider health systems.
Further details are included in the Terms of Reference. Please note we are currently consulting with DFID on the TOR and so there may be some minor tweaks to the TOR. We will confirm any changes with the selected consultant.
