STOPAIDS’ analysis of the white paper reveals noteworthy elements such as the commitment to digital transformation, emphasis on equal partnership and local production, and recognition of the critical role played by the World Health Organisation. Despite these positive aspects, our reflection underscores the need for enhancements, particularly in addressing intersecting inequalities, reforming international financing, and establishing more robust regulation for private sector investment.
